We roast green coffee beans right here in our shop — in just 12 minutes, you can watch raw beans transform into a perfect roast, unlocking rich aromas and vibrant flavors. This means every cup you drink is at its peak of freshness. And when you're buying freshly roasted whole beans, you can even ask us to roast a new batch just for you - freshest coffee possible, made to order.
Our roasting philosophy is simple: freshness equals flavor. Unlike traditional cafés where beans are roasted weeks (or months) before brewing, at Q your coffee journey begins the moment the beans meet the roaster.
